Legally Mine Through this course attendees will understand exactly how, why and where legal entities should be used for both lawsuit prevention and income tax reduction. The course is given in plain English and at the conclusion of the session most attendees understand the proper use of legal tools for the first time in their lives. This course will teach you how to own and control your assets in such a way that only you have access to them. These tools will lock out the trial attorney and in the process eliminate the threat of lawsuits. These same tools can be used to reduce your income taxes and in some cases help you to eliminate or reduce both estate and capital gains taxes.

In this informative, one hour presentation you will learn the basics of any buy/sell agreement, including:
  • Taxation differences in the various types of buy/sell structures
  • What “triggering events” activate the buy/sell agreement

iams veterinary This session will discuss non-pharmacologic arthritis management, featuring the benefits of weight loss for patient outcome in dogs with joint trauma. The mainstay of medical management of patients with arthritis is weight management, daily physical exercise, nutraceuticals, and NSAIDs. Our goal is to maximize outcome by minimizing use of NSAIDs and their associated side effects. Your practice’s nutritional recommendations are essential to achieving those goals.

erchonia LLLT is a therapeutic modality that has been needed in equine wound treatment. We have all been frustrated by chronic distal limb wounds that are slow to heal and result in exuberant granulation tissue that requires excision and/or skin grafting. Wounds treated with LLLT can demonstrate rapid contraction and epithelialization with minimal exuberant granulation tissue. With future investigative efforts, it is possible that LLLT will be a commonly utilized form of therapy for skin wounds and soft tissue injuries.
