More than 375 hours of quality continuing education (CE) courses are offered at SWVS 2011 for practitioners, veterinary students, technicians, veterinary technician students, practice managers, office staff and hospital personnel. A maximum of 29 credit hours are available during the general symposium. Additional credit hours are available as listed below. DVMs licensed in Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas may claim an additional 2 hours by visiting the Exhibit Hall. It is the individual’s responsibility to maintain CE records and submit as required. Attendees are encouraged to consult their state licensing board for specific allowances and any restrictions on the number of hours accepted for specialty and nonscience sessions (for example, practice management).
Check-back often as presentation times and days occasionally change. Including the SWVS website, this continuting education site and the physical on-site guide will contain the most current information
